So the wedding was quite a lot of fun, I haven't been to one in years, possibly not since my very own in fact. Lots of things have changed since I was first married, many things actually, they were rather grand back then, of course, that was because we had money and my father insisted upon it, but I think in fact both me and my mortal wife would have preferred smaller. It's been nice though to meet all of Carlisle's family. Immediate and extended, their cousins are quite lovely and running in to some of the Irish has brought back some great memories of spending time over there, I should return one day I suppose. Possibly visit my new friends.

What's everybody doing this lovely fall afternoon?

I've reached Idaho. Traveling takes quite a bit out of you. Not that I tire ever but when you're alone most of the time you have every moment to think, and I don't believe my mind ever rests, I'm sure many of us are like that. The journey wasn't treacherous or anything of that nature, it was actually quite nice this time. I've taken the journey between New York and Idaho many times over the years but I don't believe I've ever gone in the summer time. This has likely made the trip easier, not so troublesome because of the snow that I often encounter when traveling.

Business here in Idaho is good. Well seem to be anyway, nothing too pressing but I wish to remain here for a while longer. Then I'll be traveling to Forks, Washington for a wedding, which apparently should be a rather interesting affair. I'll be arriving a few days earlier to get myself settled. I suppose I should book in somewhere to stay. I'll retrieve some money while here in Idaho for the rooming costs. I'm sure that the Cullen's home is as full as it possibly can be for the time being.

Met a lovely young Irish girl while in Florida, one of the most random places I'd guess to meet somebody like myself. Maggie with the red curls. Lovely young lady. Discussed many things, and I even managed to learn a few things from her. Delightful girl.

I managed to accumulate quite a pile of mail while I was gone. I don't tend to have too many letters sent to me, for obvious reasons, but I have a friend who I traveled with a few years ago that's written a few times. My Idaho address is the only one he keeps and so that's where he was sending things. I don't suspect he was expecting a response, but just somebody to send his thoughts to. Though there are some questionable things in his letters that makes me wonder if something isn't wrong. He seems to be censoring himself. Very odd.

I should find a meal and then retire, the day comes and the weather in Idaho is quite undesirable in the day.
